The 2027 Spring Training Conference is planned to offer an extensive selection of Colorado Department of Agriculture continuing education opportunities, including all six CDA core credit areas and numerous category-specific credits.
ISA CEU opportunities will also be available for arboriculture professionals maintaining applicable International Society of Arboriculture credentials.
Final CDA and ISA credit approvals are subject to the respective accrediting organizations. Credit eligibility may vary by session.

CDA Core Credits
The 2027 conference is planned to offer opportunities in all six CDA core continuing education subject areas:
- Laws & Regulations — 2 credits
- Pesticides & Their Families — 1 credit
- Environmental Protection — 1 credit
- Use of Pesticides — 1 credit
- Applicator Safety — 1 credit
- Public Safety — 1 credit
CDA Category-Specific Credits
Choose from sessions planned for:
- 206 — Turf Pest Control: 3 sessions
- 207 — Ornamental Pest Control: 3 sessions*
- 107 — Rangeland Pest Control: 2 sessions
- 109 — Industrial & Right-of-Way Weed Control: 2 sessions
- 304 — Residential/Commercial Pest Control: 2 sessions
- 103 — Agricultural Pest Control
- 106 — Forest Pest Control*
- 108 — Aquatic Pest Control
- 110/110G — Public Health Pest Control
- 302 — Outdoor Vertebrate Pest Control
*Select sessions are planned to qualify for both CDA continuing education and ISA CEUs.
Wednesday will also offer 4 additional ISA credits.

The Colorado Department of Agriculture requires training for technicians working under regulated pesticide applicator businesses, with requirements varying by technician role and pesticide category.
The CALCP Spring Training Conference has a long history of providing classroom instruction and verifiable training opportunities for pesticide technicians, making it easier for Colorado employers to educate their teams while documenting applicable training.

Earn ISA Continuing Education Units
The 2027 Spring Training Conference is planned to offer up to 8 ISA Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through qualifying arboriculture education.
Select sessions in Ornamental Pest Control (207) and Forest Pest Control (106) are planned for both CDA and ISA credit, with four additional ISA-credit educational sessions planned for Wednesday.
ISA CEUs support continuing professional education for credentialed arboriculture professionals and help ISA Certified Arborists and other applicable credential holders maintain their certifications.
